Each company you add is billed monthly based on its number of employees: $40/month for 1–5 employees, $50/month for 6–15, $60/month for 16–30, $70/month for 31–50, and custom pricing for 51 or more — contact us and we’ll put together a plan for your team size.
That still counts as 1 employee, so it falls in the 1–5 employee tier. If you work with an accountant, bookkeeper, or CPA, ask them about special pricing for owner-only companies — beyond the standard $10/month discount, they may have additional options for you.
Your subscription simply follows your company into the tier that matches its current employee count — you don’t need to manually upgrade or downgrade anything.
Have your accountant, bookkeeper, or CPA link their Encanto account to your company. Once the accounts are connected, the $10 discount is applied automatically to that month’s invoice and every month after, for as long as the link stays active.
